The series includes five events throughout the year, each including a 5k, 10k, and a Half Marathon, all at the world-famous Aintree Racecourse.

Registration fees and fundraising targets:

Run Aintree 5K - Registration fee: £10, fundraising target: £100

Run Aintree 10K - Registration fee: £10, fundraising target: £150

Run Aintree Half Marathon - Registration fee: £20, fundraising target: £200

How will your support help St. Joseph's Hospice?

You’ll be helping to make a huge difference to the lives of hospice patients from across Merseyside and West Lancashire.

Our hospice team has been providing compassionate end-of-life nursing care to local families for over 50 years. The impact St. Joseph’s Hospice has on the lives of local people is enormous but, as an independent charity, we have a huge task on our hands. The cost of providing hospice care is rising and the small amount of NHS funding we receive continues to fall.

With your help we can care for more patients and keep hospice care free and accessible for everyone in Merseyside and West Lancashire.

We are very grateful for your support. Here are just a few of the things that your sponsorship could help to fund…

• £100 could pay for 20 patient rooms to have fresh clean bedding
• £280 heats the hospice for one week
• £500 pays for a Registered Nurse for five shifts. They care for our patients 24/7 and ensure they receive the best possible care.
• £700 could pay for all our patients to receive three home-cooked meals for one day.
