Three dedicated individuals set themselves very different but incredibly tough challenges this summer in aid of St. Joseph’s Hospice to thank the hospice for the care it provides.

The St. Joseph’s Hospice Emerald Ball was a fantastic success, raising over £25,000 for the charity.

Ten fearless fundraisers have raised over £1,000 by abseiling 150ft down Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral to show their support for St. Joseph’s Hospice in Thornton.

Hundreds of families from across the area flocked to our Garden Party on Saturday (8 July) and enjoyed an afternoon in the sunshine celebrating the hospice’s 55th Anniversary.

The St. Joseph’s Hospice Emerald Ball, will take place on Saturday 9th September and looks set to be the highlight of the hospice’s 55th Anniversary year.

School children and Liverpool Town Crier, Terry Stubbings, caused a stir in Crosby on Thursday (15th June) when they performed the official opening of our brand new St. Joseph’s Hospice shop at the Crown Buildings on Liverpool Road.
