Make a Will this October and you will be securing your family's future and supporting local hospice care.
This October, you can have a single or double Will written by one of our partner solicitors for a donation to St. Joseph's Hospice.
One in five patients at St. Joseph's Hospice are already supported through the generosity of those who have left a gift in the Will.
Do I need a Will?
A Will is your expression of what happens to everything you own when you die, and is the everlasting reminder of you and your life for the people you care about and leave behind. It also provides a way to support good causes that you have supported during your life.
- It let’s you decide what happens to your personal possessions and ensures your wishes are carried out.
- It can prevent disagreements about who inherits what from your estate.
- If you live with a partner but are not married, you can ensure that your partner and any children are adequately provided for.
- It can provide a way for you to continue helping the charities/ good causes that matter to you.
- If you have children under 18 years old, a Will says what you want to happen to them after your death.
- If you die without a Will, the law decides who gets what.
This October, you can arrange your Will for the suggested minimum donations below:
Single Will - £120
Double Will - £170
