Shop Manager (E Commerce)
SALARY: £19,796pa (£12.69ph)
HOURS: 30 hours per week
(Flexibility in hours worked will be required, and it will include some weekends and evenings)

Are you a digital-savvy retail professional with a passion for e-commerce and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Online Retail Shop Manager to lead and grow our online store!
Your Role:
As our Online Retail Shop Manager, you'll take charge of the day-to-day operations of our online store. From managing product listings and inventory to optimizing customer experience and driving sales, you'll be the engine behind our e-commerce success. You'll spend some of your time visiting our shops, so access to a vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full operation of our online shop
- Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and stock levels
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer trends
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and campaigns
- Ensure top-tier customer service and handle escalations
- Identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in e-commerce or retail management
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms

St Joseph’s Hospice is one of the oldest and largest Hospices in the country founded in 1962. Each year we provide care and support to over 200 people with life limiting conditions from the Merseyside and Lancashire areas.
